Sexual Harassment in the workplace is any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. It can also include the display of sexually suggestive objects or pictures.When objectively assessed makes a person feel offended, humiliated and/or intimidated.

All incidents occurring outside the workplace
During or outside official working hours, provided that the conduct occurs within the course of a business event including, but not limited to, off-site meetings, and business-affiliated trips and has a real effect on the employer/employee relationship.
