Employees, Officers and Directors may not exploit for their own personal gain opportunities that are discovered through the use of company property, information or position unless the opportunity is disclosed fully in writing to the Company’s Board of Directors and the Board of Directors may decline to pursue such opportunities.
Dress Code
Since each of us is a representative of the company in the eyes of the public, we must report to work properly groomed and wearing appropriate clothing.
•Employees are expected to dress neatly and in a manner consistent with the nature of the work performed.
•The Company’s dress code is to be strictly adhered to.
•When visiting clients site we must take care to adhere to their dress code.
